If you submit an information request form for a senior living community, you voluntarily provide your name, email address, phone number, and a message. This information is stored securely and used solely to connect you with the community you inquired about.

Information you submit through forms is kept completely separate from our anonymous analytics data. We never link your form submission to your browsing behavior.

How We Use This Information

• To understand which communities and regions are most searched, so we can improve the directory
• To provide aggregated, non-personal statistics to listed communities (e.g., "your listing received 50 views this month")
• To deliver your information requests to the communities you contact

What We Share With Listed Communities

We may share aggregated, anonymous statisticswith senior living communities listed in our directory, such as total page views, general geographic breakdown of visitors (e.g., "most visitors are from Arizona"), and device type distribution. This data cannot be used to identify any individual visitor.

We never share individual-level browsing behavior, session data, or personal information with listed communities unless you explicitly submit an information request form.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our website:

• Vercel— web hosting and content delivery
• Supabase— database hosting

We do not use any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics), advertising trackers, or social media pixels.

Data Retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 24 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Information request form submissions are retained as long as they remain relevant to the communities involved.

Your Rights

Because our analytics data is anonymous and cannot be linked to any individual, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you submitted an information request form and wish to have that data removed, please contact us.

Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
